  Concluding
1) Abnormal, direct and irregular cleavages linked to lower outcome are not necessary related to morphological effects including arrested embryos or poor morphology blastocyst.
2) Multinucleation although affecting implantation potential is time‐dependent and maybe reversible.
3) Although the incidence of abnormal morphology development is low and is related to low pregnancy chances, we can not discard those embryos (morphological‐self correction?)
4) Atypical phenotypes may interfere our perception of classical morphology
              Concluding
5) The observation of the embryos on Day 3 including automatic and computer analysis software may predict partially blastulation but do not avoid the full observation of the blastocyst development.
6) Blastocyst morphology is time dependent and interfere the qualification of the embryos following consensus methods.
7) As potential example of self correction we focused on TPN, 50% maybe corrected and between the mechanism Direct cleavage 1‐3 maybe one of them
8) If chromosomal self correction exists its incidence maybe very low
9) Although chromosomal abnormalities are linked with morphokinetic aberrations a
proportion of aneuploidy embryos follow normal development
