Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception Sunday, 1 July 2018 I 19:00 – 22:00
All participants and their accompanying persons are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony to mark the official start of ESHRE 2018. After the Opening Ceremony, all participants are officially invited to the Welcome Reception in the industrial exhibit. It will be an ideal occasion for meeting our industrial sponsors and for networking with other participants. Attendance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception are complimentary.
ESHRE Charity run
Monday, 2 July 2018 I starting at 18:30 (warm-up at 18:15)
ESHRE’s charity run gives ESHRE members and participants a chance to team up with Fertility Europe, ESHRE’s partner patient organisation, to do a little good for their own health and help raise funds for patient groups through- out Europe.
The registration fee for the run is 30 Euro per person (21 % Spanish VAT B2B inclusive). You can register for the run and/or make a donation on the extra's page in the online registration form. It will be possible to register for the run at the onsite (self-)registration desks until Monday, 2 July, 11:00.
Opening hours of the Run desk:
• Sunday 1 July from 07:30 to 20:00
• Monday 2 July from 07:30 to 18:00
Networking Event
Tuesday, 3 July 2018 I 20:00
All delegates are invited to take part in the “Tuesday Evening Networking Event” with fingerfood, drinks and entertainment at restaurant “Bestial”. Participation is optional and tickets for this event will be 50 Euro per person (10% Spanish VAT inclusive). Registrations onsite will be possible, but may be limited.
Closing and Awards Ceremony and Closing Reception Wednesday, 4 July 2018 I 15:30 – 16:30
The Closing and Award Ceremony will be held after the last session of the meeting. During this Ceremony, the winners of the 2018 ESHRE Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be presented. The chairpersons of the various Award Committees will present the awards, together with representatives of the award sponsors. At the end
of this ceremony we will say goodbye and make a new appointment for ESHRE 2019. Attendance to Closing and Award Ceremony is complimentary.
