Reproductive Outcomes
• Three spontaneous pregnancies: 2 months (patient 7),4 months (patient 15) and 22 months (patient 9) after stem cell therapy
• 7 pregnancies out of 14 ET (50% PR)
• Obstetrical outcomes (10 pregnancies)
o 3 Biochemical pregnancies
o 2 Clinical miscarriages (9th week with an abnormally tested embryo in the POC and PRM at 17th weeks after amniocentesis)
o 1 Ectopic Pregnancy
o 5 Life-Births out of 4 patients (9, 11 (twin), 12 and 15)
• ET was not possible in 2 patients: 1 due to chromosomally abnormal embryos and the other patient due no improvement in endometrial thickness
