 Submission of 15 unedited videos of endoscopic operations
‐ 5 hysteroscopies (3 diagnostic / 2 operative)
‐ 10 laparoscopies (5 Dg or TVHL+5 operative)
 These procedures have to be performed as first surgeon by the applicant over the last 3 years
Surgical Skills Evaluation
Evaluation of the applicant’s surgical skills is performed by two reviewers watching the videos for the following parameters
1. Clear and meticulous estimation of the uterine and/or pelvic cavity
2. Accuracy of diagnosis
3. Proper treatment for the indication
4. Selection of the appropriate surgical steps and success of the operation
5. Gentle tissue handling and respect of the tissues 6. Safe use of energy
7. Haemostasis
8. Duration of the operation
9. Successful management of complications 10. Overall review
