Adolescent endometriosis - Treatment
In adolescents with chronic pelvic pain and/or dysmenorhea, TVL is offering a minimal invasive way of diagnosis and early treatment.
Conclusions
Transvaginal laparoscopy in absence of a panoramic view allows only for minimal invasive procedures.
As Ringer lactate is used as distension medium: always use bipolar current.
Allows for early detection and minimal invasive treatment of peritoneal endometriosis and small endometrioma (2 cm)
Method of choice in cases of clomiphene resistant PCO
