Introduction and definitions
Surrogacy – carrying the pregnancy for intended parents:
• Gestationalorinvitrofertilizationsurrogacy(hostorfullsurrogacy)

or sperm, is transferred to the surrogate´s uterus.
• thewomanwhocarriesthechildhasnogeneticconnectionto the child.
