Is rectovaginal endometriosis a progressive disease?
 N = 88 patients with asymptomatic rectovaginal nodule
 Median follow-up 6 years (clinical examination and TVUS)
 82 remain stable
 6 had progression of disease and/or appearance of pain symptoms
 Cumulative proportion rate at 6 years = 10 %
