– Endometrial scratch is a promising but yet uncertain intervention
– Current evidence is mainly for those with recurrent implantation failure
– Should not be done in the same cycle as embryo transfer
– Currently insufficient evidence for use in: • First time IVF
• Unexplained infertility • Recurrent miscarriage • Ovulation induction
• IUI
