Some general conclusions
• “Impaired semen quality”/Male factor – represents a very heterogeneous group referring to a high number of different known and unknown conditions;
• Urgent need of better seminbal predictors of fertility in vivo and in vitro;
• Impaired semen quality is to consider as a symptom of general, potentially life-threatening, disease.
