– “Impaired semen quality” is not necessarily associated with infertility (e.g. Kallmann’s syndrome patients treated with gonadotropins)
– “Normal semen quality” is not a guarantee of fertility (e.g. high DNA Fragmentation Index)
• and not sufficiently “masculine”*:
– 5 x increased Odds Ratio of “low libido”
– 2 x increased Odds Ratio of erectile dysfunction
– 2 x increased Odds Ratio of dissatisfaction with the size and shape of sex organs
