The ESHRE’s 31st Annual meeting will take place in Lisbon, Portugal from 14 to 17 June 2015.

Early bird deadline extended
It is now possible to register at the early bird fee until 15 April 2015.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE MONTH
// Abstract submission: DEADLINE IS 14 JANUARY 2015
The deadline for abstract submission for our next Annual Meeting is approaching. If you want to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation, please remember that it must reach ESHRE's Central Office by 14 January 2015.
The submission procedure and rules are explained in this document.
The abstracts can only be submitted via this online form.
We encourage you to start your submission as soon as possible.

Paperless meeting
There will be no abstract or programme books in Lisbon.
All information about the sessions, programme, abstract, and speakers will be accessible online, via our website and via an application for mobile devices.
You will still be able to download a pdf of the abstract book from our website. Pocket programmes with an overview of the sessions will be the only printed material available.
Exhibit
All those wishing to exhibit at ESHRE’s next Annual Meeting in Lisbon can now browse the sponsorship opportunities and exhibit information on our congress website here.
Abstracts
The deadline for submission is earlier than usual. All abstracts must arrive at the ESHRE Central Office by 14 January 2015. You can submit your abstract here. (Online submissions only)

// CERTIFICATION
ART Nurses and Midwives certification: Deadline extended
The deadline for applications for the certification exam in Lisbon has been extended until 15 February 2015.
This programme provides an opportunity for nurses and midwives with special interest in reproductive health to validate their skills and experience and to establish their status.

Embryology certification
Online applications for the next embryology certification exam will close on 15 December 2014. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Paramedical group: Call for application
We will have a vacancy for an enthusiastic nurse or midwife to join the Paramedical group Board from June 2015.
We invite applications from ESHRE Paramedical Group nurses/ midwives who can make a commitment for an initial term of four years, with possible re - election for a second four-year term. Board meetings are held three times a year - one in the Spring, one at the Annual Meeting and one in the Autumn. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview in March 2015.
